Deputy Fire Chief Phelan stated that the Fire <br /> Department had concerns regarding the starxUped set of plans sent by Mr, Bornstein, which has <br /> since been forwarded to the Mate Fire Marshal's office. The Fire Protection Engineer has also <br /> expressed concern but has offered to conduct a site visit. Deputy Fire Chief Phelan confirmed <br /> that-oncethe engineer conducted the site visit and supported the plans,-as well as the Fire Chief, <br /> and questions were answered,the Department would support the.request. Mr. Bornstein will <br /> con.frrrn with the Fire Department all necesmy information had been received and will work on <br /> a scale plan.
