The matter would be further <br /> reviewed by the Building Commissioner. <br /> Plan Review-Mr. Lehrer reported that there was discussion regarding Christmas tree sales at <br /> Ken Marster's building and he believed it was approved. <br /> Environmental Oversight Committee-No meeting <br /> Greenway Project& Quashnet Footbridge-No meeting <br /> Historic District Commission-No meeting <br /> MMR Military Civilian Community Council-MMR Joint Land Use Study-No meeting <br /> PLANNING STAFF UPDATES <br /> Evergreen Subdivision Conservation Restriction-Mr. Lehrer reported that he had been <br /> contacted by the Conservation Agent regarding violations found in the Evergreen Subdivision. In <br /> consultation with Town maps, Mr. McManus discovered a growing clearing, approximately 4 acres, in <br /> an area that was under a conservation restriction, as required by the Planning Board as part of the <br /> approval. A cease and desist order has been issued by the Conservation Department and the ZBA has <br /> continued its hearings. Mr. Lehrer consulted with Mr.. Rowley regarding whether the Planning Board <br /> could withhold the lot release for Evergreen and would be looking into the matter further. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> None at this time <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to adjourn.
