Although <br /> Mr. Tye ported out that the parcel could be subdivided into a number of lots, each featuring <br /> 20,000 square foot structure, N tion l Development could not construct footprint larger than <br /> 20,000 square feet on the whole parcel with current zoning, and relief was necessary. The other <br /> issue was concerning the definition.of sewer plant versus sewer systems and due to the <br /> performance standard of nitrogen removal required by the Town. Mr. Tye was asking that,the <br /> Board make a deternnination abort the definition or bring it to Town Fleeting. leis_ wagn <br /> recommended defenri.ng the issue to Chairman Petersen in conjunction with Mr. Fudala and Mr. <br /> Tye and the Board supported the concept. Mr. Cummings expressed interest in also being <br /> involved. There-was discussion regarding the nitrogen noval requirement. Mr. Tye suggested <br /> that the Board would need to interpret the word"plant" as a system that would achieve the <br /> nitrogen removal that is required or the Board could sponsor a ming article that would add <br /> 4csystem.79 Ms. Waygan recommended that a conference call take place over the next two weeks <br /> among the four individuals. Mr. Rowley inquired about the amount of gallon produced wily at <br /> the facility and 111x. 'Tye responded that it was approximately 8,400 gallons per day Which did not <br /> require a groundwater discharge permit.
