• Prepare two (2) four-page fact sheets during the project, and print 2,000 copies of each <br /> for delivery to the COMMISSION. Fact sheet will be on one double-sided 11"x 17" page. <br /> • Develop project website and five (5)content updates by sub-consultant. <br /> • Prepare a movable display to be located in Town Hall. <br /> • Provide strategic planning services as outlined in GHD Sub-Agreement with Regina Villa <br /> Associates. <br /> Phase X Project Administration. <br /> A. Provide written monthly progress reports which will include: <br /> • Those items required by Section 7.2 of the Agreement; <br /> • Work scheduled for next billing period; <br /> • Items or tasks requiring input from the COMMISSION to complete tasks scheduled for <br /> next billing period; <br /> • Problems or issues that would impact project schedule or project budget; <br /> • Suggestions for possible changes in the progression of work to account for changed <br /> conditions; <br /> • Recommendations for redirecting the COMMISSION'S resources, if required. <br /> B. ENGINEER shall develop a milestone chart containing schedules for tasks and the <br /> funding allotment, which will provide a tracking system for overseeing the timely completion of the <br /> tasks within the budgetary funding. <br /> 4. The ENGINEER represents to the COMMISSION that the level of detail of work to be done under <br /> various phases of the Project will be as detailed in this scope and at least that represented in the <br /> following example documents submitted by the ENGINEER to the COMMISSION: <br /> Phase II Needs Assessment Report — "FINAL Needs Assessment Report for Wastewater <br /> Management Facilities Planning Study"for the Town of Provincetown, MA dated February, 1997; <br /> Phases III, IV, VII.C, VII.G — "DRAFT Alternatives Screening Analysis Report for Wastewater <br /> Management Facilities Planning Study"for the Town of Provincetown, MA dated August, 1997; <br /> Phase V — "Town of Provincetown Wastewater Management Facilities Planning Study, <br /> Presentation to Board of Selectmen, May 18, 1998, Information Distributed at the Meeting". <br /> And as generally represented in the following example document: <br /> Phase VI — "Wastewater Facilities Plan, City of Ithaca, New York"Chapter 8 "The Recommended <br /> Plan" and Chapter 9"Implementation of the Recommended Plan". <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> Revise the Payment Exhibit B as follows: <br />
