Highlights of the review and <br /> discussion are: <br /> M ike Ford said it i s proposed to reconfigure-canopy and purnps at the site. <br /> 0 Signage shown on the sketch not to be addressed now. They will replace existing sign but stili <br /> have to review sign code and decide signage and then they will submit application. <br /> 0 Canopy shown is also the "first cut's. <br /> Propose to eliminate 3 pump system and add 1 additional pump and change access. <br /> • Fuel tanks on site...they will put 2 nein fuel tanks in. <br /> • Underground tanks currently total 23,000 gallons; proposed underground tanks total 40,000 <br /> gallons. <br /> ,Johnny Line in back-to stag as it is noir. <br /> Site-is--non-conforming with the 'loo foot front setback; they have applied to Building I nspector <br /> for zoning relief via Special Permit; ultimately they will appeal for a variance to Board of <br /> Appeals for a special Permit. <br /> Landscaping pian is part of the package. <br /> Applicant would-lease out gas operation and have his repair business in the rear of the site as <br /> h 'arrays had. <br /> o This is the first cut ... looking for comments. <br /> 0 Going to Board of Appeals later this month. <br /> Sheldon Hamblin stated he had no ideathey were changing tanks. Since total gallons changing he <br /> advised they have to change their- license and they need a Dearing before the Board of Selectmen. <br /> He said they also need: <br /> Permits to remove tanks; <br /> o Permits t install tanks; and <br /> o Certification'frorn the engineering firm upon completion. <br /> Sheldon asked whether this will remain full service business. Mike Ford said "no" it will be self�-ser re. <br /> Sheldon said then State Fire Marshall has to approve plans before vire even look at it.
