Reports Selectmen ' ' n-Sel Toni O'Hara has been selected to serve as the Selectman _ Faison to the Planning Board. Selectman O'Hara has served as the Chair of the Planning Board, and.recently has served on the Sewer Commission, the experiences of which will assist him with his responsibilities as Selectman- Selectman O'Hara indicated that he did not plan to attend meetings regulady and requested that.he receive copies of the meeting minutes and be contacted should the Planning Board wait hixn to attend a meeting. Mr. Balzarini inquired whether Selectman O'Hara was aware of the changes to the Development Agreement with Mashpee Commons, such as with the impact fees. Selectman O'Hara stated that town impact few were his intent when he sat on the Planning Board. Mr. Fudala stated that the existing bylaw had been updated by-the Ping Board,with the approval of the Cape Cod Commission, efiminafihg the impact fees because the Cape Cod Commission's model bylaw eliminated them. Mr. Fudala referenced the bylaw article that compares the existing bylaw to the proposed bylaw. Chairman waygan inquired about the best way to place the article on the warrant. Selectman O'Hara inquired whether the Board wished to place the proposed article on the Warrant as-is, or with additional changes, as suggested by Mr. 'ni. The Chair stated that the Cape Cod Comnussion approved the posed changes but that the Board of Selectmen removed it from the warrant in order to review i
