Lippman requesting <br /> a Special Permit under§174-45.4 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an accessory apartment <br /> on property Iocated in an R-5 Zoning District, at 323 Hooppole Road, (Map 41 Parcel 57), <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 16, 2018 and November 23, <br /> 2018 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, <br /> Board Members,Ron Bonvie, Scott Goldstein,Norman J. Gould,and Associate Members, <br /> Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer. Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael <br /> Mendoza. <br /> The Board continued the hearing until January 9, 2019 because the applicant <br /> required more detailed dimensions on the entire house.Mr. Lippman met with the Building <br /> Commissioner and together with the homeowner revised the house plan dimensions prior <br /> to the meeting. <br /> On Wednesday,January 9,2019,the following members of the Board were present <br /> and acting throughout; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, <br /> Board Member, Norman J. Gould, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon <br /> Sangeleer. <br /> Mr. Lippman returned with the revised plans of the entire home as requested by the <br /> Board at the last meeting.
