MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Robert D. Lippman <br /> 323 Hooppole Road (Map41 Parcel 57) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2018-56 <br /> Mike Mendoza, Building Commissioner addressed the Board and met with the <br /> homeowner to go over the requirements under the bylaw. <br /> Mr. Lippman stated that he had also met with the DPW Director regarding the <br /> parking situation. <br /> Chairman Furbush read the item in the bylaw that the gross area of the accessory <br /> apartment shall not be less than 300 sq. ft. nor more than 40%of the gross floor area of the <br /> said structure. <br /> Mr. Mendoza confirmed to the Board that the applicant met the requirements. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the DPW Director's email into the record. <br /> Mr. Lippman said he has a contract for the driveway pending his petition approval. <br /> The Board read the Town Department comments into the record. <br /> There were no comments from the Board or audience. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Special Permit for an accessory apartment. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the <br /> Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously to issue a Special Permit for an accessory apartment to Owner, Robert D. <br /> Lippman under §t74-45.4 of the Zoning Bylaws on property located in an R-5 Zoning <br /> District, (Map 41 Parcel 57), Mashpee, MA. with the following conditions; <br /> 1. A Special Permit under §174-45.4 of the Zoning Bylaws, and M.G.L. 40A §9. <br /> 2. Mortgage Inspection Plan—dated 05117190, Signed by: Yankee Survey Consultants, <br /> Paul A. Merithew,No. 32098 Professional Land Surveyor. <br /> 3. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> 2 <br />
