Tom will held it until Attorney <br /> McElhinney provides a covenant date and the Turn Clerk signs that - theme <br /> were no appeals <br /> Meed Pend Knolls Review of Special Permit Decision . <br /> The permit shall lapse Dec . 31 , 1999 <br /> Tony �� �suggested the agreement for judgement be referenced in this document <br /> He also thinks the chronology should summarize what has happened , so there <br /> is no gap. <br /> Tem will add i t. <br /> Add another finding #9 based on the lawsuit. <br /> Tori will talk with Town Counsel and make additional changes . <br /> 10 <br />
