MAS PEE PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> july 5, 1995 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Anthony Ferragamo <br /> on Wednesday, July 5, 1995 at 6 : 40 P-M-0 <br /> Present: .Anthony Ferragamo, Dennis Balzarini , Martine Mei j erin , <br /> Patrick Coffey (arrived 8: 00 Spiro Mitrokostas absenti. <br /> Also Present: Tori Fuda.la, Town Planner <br /> Charles Rowley, consulting Engineer <br /> Definitive Plan <br /> Applicant: Lawrence Sullivan/cape & Tslana Engineering <br /> Location: Taurus Road/Assessors Map 94, Parcel. 4 <br /> Request: Submission of Definitive Plan (Preliminary flan <br /> denied. 10/5/94 ) <br /> David Sanick.i was present to file the form c application for <br /> "Whitewater Estates. t' There was a. plan. filed and denied for <br /> 18 lots. This application is for 19 lots . The issue is the <br /> rediision of open space and length of cul de sac. chairman <br /> Ferragamo o should let Town counsel know it is filed. A filing <br /> with the Hoard of Health will be done tomorrow. Motion was <br /> made and seconded to schedule a public hearing on August 16 , <br /> 1995 at 7:00 p.m. Unanimous. Tom Fudala will put an ad in <br /> the paper. <br /> Public Hear.' <br /> Mr. Fuda la read. the Public Hearing Notice to consider a <br /> Def.ininiti e Plan application by Robert H. Plu ge to develop <br /> a 3-lot subdi .ision on the south side of old Barnstable Road <br /> south of Route 1 5 1 on the 17 . 85 acre parcel 'identified on the <br /> Mas hpee Assessor i s Maps as Map 79 , Blocks 13 and 81-87. 'phi s <br /> parcel had been previously approved for a 7-lot cluster <br /> subdivision called Canterbury Estates . David Sanicki was present <br /> and representing stating that the intent is to decrease the <br /> density and abandon the roadway. Mr. F'udala read from a Plan <br /> Review by Charles Rowley as follows <br /> 1 ) The bearings and distances adjacent to Turner Road, if <br /> labelled "tie line" would be clearer in terms of intent since <br /> the boundary according to Cape & Islands is the westerly sideline <br /> of Turner Road. (The tie line would not change the property <br /> line. ) <br /> The abutter ' s name has been -'checked and it matches the <br /> assessor 1 s information as Paderborn. <br />
