The Cape Cod Commission has been made aware of the clearing <br /> and illegal activity and has asked that the Mashpee Conservation Commission take the lead on <br /> managing the issue. It was confirmed that the DRI could be amended because 4 '/x acres had been <br /> cleared. The Conservation Restriction would not be signed due to the need for the development of the <br /> restoration plan, and lots would not be released until the matter was resolved. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> A motion was requested by roll call vote, the matter to correct the date for the Wireless Tower <br /> Hearing was added to the agenda. Mr. Lehrer clarified that the hearing had been scheduled at the last <br /> meeting, but it was not scheduled on a meeting night. <br /> MOTION: W. Balzarini made a motion, by roll call vote,to add to the agenda to change the <br /> vote taken for the cell tower. Mr. Weeden seconded the motion.
