We believe these <br /> conditions are optimal for customer convenience with a minimal impact on neighborhood or other <br /> residential activities. <br /> It is important to note that we have obtained 2 contiguous lots with a total area of 3.395 acres,or 147,886 <br /> sq.ft. This will provide space to afford ample parking, sufficient to eliminate any buildup of traffic on <br /> Echo road.
