This showroom <br /> size at our flagship retail store offering a complete variety of recreational Cannabis products coupled with <br /> our planned oversized parking lot is intended to serve the community both in our sales of premium <br /> products but in our ability to minimize negative traffic impact as well. <br /> We have obtained 2 contiguous lots with a total area of 3.395 acres,or 1.47,886 sq. ft. at 77 and 79 Echo <br /> Road,Mashpee. We propose to locate our recreational Cannabis retail facility at 77 Echo Road,a lot <br /> with 1.32 acres,or 57,499 sq. ft. <br /> We also intend a large conference room where we will hold regular educational seminars for the <br /> community, as well as general community meetings for open dialog. It is our intention to be both:a <br /> source of information to the community but to listen to and be responsive to the residents of Mashpee as <br /> well. <br /> The facility will also house administrative offices,a receiving and processing area,and employee parking <br /> separated from our customer access so that the customer experience is optimized in our showroom. <br />
