This represents more than double the required I I standard spaces. An addition 20 overflow <br /> spaces will be available,for atotal of 50 spaces dedicated to customer parking. We intend during high <br /> customer volume times to_have parking attendants to assist customers with parking,there will also be <br /> security in the parking lot during high volume and evening hours of operation. <br /> Ample employee parking and delivery access will be located on the far side of the building, away from <br /> customer parking. <br /> Echo Road is a lh mile road located within an industrially zoned area. Primary uses along the corridor are <br /> industrial,consisting of wholesale suppliers,warehouses and construction yards.Entry to the park is <br /> granted from Route 1.30 (Main Street)and a cul-de-sac turnaround is located at the end of the road. We <br /> believe these conditions are optimal for customer convenience with a minimal impact on neighborhood or <br /> other residential activities. <br /> We believe the nature of the location coupled with the oversized parking lot will eliminate any buildup of <br /> traffic on Echo road. It is our intention to-take every possible measure in both the way we build out as <br /> well as the proactive manner in which we manage the property to mitigate any negative traffic impact <br /> from our facility. <br />
