CCC Mashpee Holdings, LLC (the "Company") engaged Kroll (www.kroll.com) to develop its general security designs and protocols. Kroll is specialized in identifying,remediating and monitoring risk across various enterprises. Theyaddress each issue with a unique team and tailor solutions to each Company's unique situation. Our team worked for several weeks with Daniel Linskey, a Managing Director in Kroll's Business. Intelligence and Investigations practice,to develop our superior and complete security plan.He is a former Superintendent-in-Chief of the Boston Police Department(BPD)and a 27-year veteran of the police force. The Company is well prepared to independently implement his strategies with the help of our internal security specialists and the approval and oversight of the Mashpee Police Department. General Overview. The Company shall implement superior safety and security measures for the proposed Registered site located at 77 Echo Road, Mashpee, MA that meets or exceeds the Department of Public Health's requirements set forth in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts regulations 935 CMR 500.110— Security Requirements for Registered Cannabis Retail as well as 935 CMR 500.120: This security plan will cover the Retail Establishment,parking lot(s)and its perimeter. The Company will further enhance,as need,the security plan and procedures with input from local public safety officials.We shall share the plan with them and shall seek further input and requests from thein.We shall include a description of the location and operation of the security system,including the location of the central control on the premises,a schematic of security zones;the name of the security alarm Company and monitoring Company, and floor plan or layout of the facility in a manner and scope as required by the municipality. The Company's security measures will be designed to protect the premises, employees, consumers, the general public and the community and provide a safe environment for the safe and orderly purchase of recreational Cannabis products. The Company will implement policies and procedures designed to avoid diversion, theft, or loss of Cannabis and Cannabis products. Further, the Company's employees, specifically the expert consultants will be trained to avoid confrontation and to deescalate tense situations.
