NATURAL. <br /> CCC Mashpee Holdings, LLC . �3B <br /> VENTURES <br /> Retail Store <br /> The Company will implement superior safety and security measures to deter and prevent unauthorized <br /> access to the Establishment,and specifically entry into areas containing Cannabis,and prevent the theft of <br /> Cannabis by customers,employees and intruders at the Establishment.The Company's security measures <br /> shall be designed to protect the employees,clients,the general public,the premises and the community <br /> and to provide a safe environment for the safe and orderly dispensing/sale of Cannabis and Cannabis <br /> products. <br /> All clients arriving at the establishment must present a recognized government issued identification card to <br /> a security officer at the front entrance.The security officer then allows clients to enter into a type of waiting <br /> area in the front of the store ID's will be once more scanned at checkout.A visitor log is maintained of all <br /> visitors,independent of a purchase being made by a visitor. <br /> All other areas of the building outside of the retail area and the restroom for customers will be limited access <br /> areas.All doors will be locked and can only be opened with an employee ID badge,based on position.All <br /> doors will have the appropriate signage indicating they are limited access areas and to stay out. <br /> The establishment will be equipped with several(3 or more)fixed panic alarms that will be wired directly <br /> to the Police Department as possible and desired.The Company will also offer a number of remote personal <br /> alarm.buttons to its employees upon request.Burglary and fire alarms are monitored.There will always be ' <br /> two experienced and dedicated security officers, such as former Police officers, on shift inside the <br /> Establishment and one outside on the premises during opening hours. <br /> There will be a schematic diagram prepared showing placement of cameras and other security devices in <br /> and around the establishment. This diagram will be presented to the appropriate officers at the Police <br /> Department for further comment for improvement. Management and/or security staff will inspect daily the <br /> cameras and monitors on site at the establishment. The camera system will produce a high-quality of <br /> images.Enforcement staff will monitor the system and ensure that time and date stamps are accurate, and <br /> that clear video images are displayed in real time,and that a still photo can be printed from a video file. <br /> The Establishment's cameras will be equipped with at least a 24-hour battery back-up power supply in <br /> case of a power outage.If the power outage is not repaired within that 24-hour window, a portable <br /> generator will be kept on-site, and used until power is restored. Should all power be lost product will be <br /> stored in a vault like area inaccessible to any but authorized personnel and law-enforcement. <br /> 2 <br />
