Based on a plethora of available studies,approximately 95,000,000 adult US residents in the United States has admitted to using Cannabis in one form or the other at some point in their lives. While it was not yet decriminalized"in many States of the Union and currently between 4.8%-23.9%percent of the population partake in Cannabis in some form in the US States where Cannabis has been legalized for recreational retail sales, The Cape has a full-time resident population of approximately 235,000,which increases to by at least 2.5 times to 3.0 times that in the 12-week Summer Season from Memorial Day to a couple of weeks after Labor Day. This gives us an average of 352,500 residents per month. Based on numbers for sales of recreational,not medicinal,Cannabis retail sales from other markets,and being conservative,we would expect to capture approximately 700 transactions per day during the Summer Season and 220 per day during the remainder of the year,which would leave us with a total of 123,200 transactions for the year and average of 337 patrons a day assuming we are open every day.
