Catania, CEO CCE CAT LLC 35F South Street Mashpee,MA 02649 RE: Proposed Host Community Agreement DATE: January 4,2019 Dear Town Manager Collins: Pursuant to your letter dated December 21, 2018,we have prepared this letter to provide the Town of Mashpee with information regarding CCE CAT LLC's plans to open and operate a marijuana retail establishment and a marijuana products manufacturing facility to be located at 800 Falmouth Road, Units 101,102 and 103 and B 1 unit in the basement. ,Mashpee, MA 02649. In addition to providing the Town with the requested pieces of information,we have also taken this as an opportunity to introduce(or reintroduce, as the case may be) our company's principals to the Town of Mashpee. We are lifelong residents of Cape Cod seeking to bring responsible corporate governance, a commitment to regulatory compliance, local jobs, and municipal tax revenues,charitable donations and a company ethos of public service to the community,to benefit Mashpec and its citizens through the adult-use cannabis industry that is being developed throughout the Commonwealth. You may find our team's brief biographies in this letter after the requested information below. We at CCE CAT LLC are excited to commence this dialog with the Town of Mashpee about how our business would function and interface with municipal officials,neighbors, and residents of Mashpee. We hope that this letter serves as the starting point for open communication and dialogue with a shared goal of maximizing benefits and minimizing impacts to the Town of Mashpee. As the Cannabis Control Commission allows established medical marijuana dispensaries to be reviewed as priority applicants before considering adult-use applicants, CCE CAT seeks to obtain the available host community agreement with Mashpee or will consider not pursuing a permit if compelled to compete unfairly on the state level with a medical marijuana facility in obtaining the single host agreement. Thus, it is our preference that the town of Mashpee selects a single applicant.for permit before multiple applicants commence the costly process of pursuing a state license.
