Square footage of the proposed recreational facility: <br /> • First Floor Units,Units 101, 102, and 103: 3,525'square feet; <br /> • Basement Unit: 2,500 square feet; <br /> 3. Total complex number of parking spaces available at the recreational facility: 160 <br /> 4. Security measures to ensure integrity at the recreational facility; <br /> In order to attain complete compliance with all applicable security regulations at 93 5 CMR <br /> 5 00.110 et seq., we have engaged the services of American Alarm and Communications Inc., <br /> {American Alarm.)a New England based security company with a 48-year history and with a dedicated <br /> specialization in cannabis business security:American Alarm will prepare the security plan to meet or <br /> exceed each and every regulatory requirement,which shall include,but is not limited to, controlling <br /> access to both the retail establishment and the manufacturing facility by positive identification that <br /> entrants are of the age of majority(21+), ensuring that there is adequate lighting and camera coverage <br /> of the exterior and interior of the businesses, a duress alarm, a redundant security alarm system to be <br /> provided by a secondary security.compauy, sufficient batter back up or generator back up to ensure <br /> operation of the security systems can survive the loss of power, detailed and comprehensive <br /> background check requirements and personnel policies for all employees, and prevention of diversion <br /> and prevention of diversion to minors as integral components of the security plan. CCE CAT LLC and <br /> American Alarm shall work with the Chief of the Mashpee Police Department to address any security <br /> concerns after an opportunity to review the security plan. <br /> 5. The projected traffic impact in the immediate vicinity of the recreational facility; <br /> If approved to enter an HCA with Mashpee,we will commission a traffic impact study, if the <br /> Town so desires, to be performed by BSC Group, with offices in West Yarmouth, or another reputable <br /> company with Cape Cod roots, and with said traffic impact study to be used to proactively plan for the <br /> minimization of traffic impacts to the vicinity around the proposed facility location. <br /> 6. The projected number of customers to be serviced daily at the recreational facility: 200-400 <br /> customers per day,with anticipated seasonal variations. Our financial modeling projections predict <br /> average gross revenues to average approximately$1,000,000 per month for the retail store and <br /> $ 240,000 per month for wholesale manufacturing sales to outside retailers. <br /> Total Projected Annual Sales which 3% HCA and 3% Local sales tax are based on. <br /> $ 14,880,000 =$ 446,400 to the town in HCA <br /> $ 12,000,000 =$ 360,000 to the town in local sales tax(3%) <br /> 7.
