We intend to pursue an aggressive timeline for opening the retail and manufacturing operations
in the fiown'of Mashpee, dependent, of course, on all requisite municipal approvals, including the
execution of a host community agreement(HCA), and the State's Cannabis Control Commission's
(CCC)regulatory review and inspections. If we are fortunate enough to be selected for an HCA with
Mashpee, we would seek to apply for the requisite special permit, including site plan drawings, within
30 days of the execution of the HCA.We would also hold the required duly-noticed community
outreach meeting to identify any stakeholder concerns with the facilities as proposed within 30 days of
the execution of the HCA.Assuming that we are able to address any and all concerns of the special
permit granting authority,we would anticipate that the grant of the special permit would occur within
60-90 days of application, which includes the 21 day appeal period. Once we have held a duly-noticed
community outreach meeting and have a certification from Mashpee that we have entered into a HCA,
we would thereafter apply for state licensure during the pendency of the local permitting process. Upon
receipt of notification of completeness from the CCC,by statute, the CCC has 90 days within which to
make its decision on our applications. Conservatively,we believe that we can receive provisional
licensure from the CCC,pass all requisite local and state inspections, and receive final licensure and
commence operations authorization from the CCC no later than September, 2019.
Included below are biographies of CCE CAT LLC's principals and professional support personnel
under contract that are working to prepare all of the requisite documents for local permitting and state
licensure. The team we have assembled brings a unique skillset to the industry and with deep Cape Cod
roots, both personally and professionally,we firmly believe that we are the best choice for an HCA
with the Town of Mashpee. From culinary expertise and restaurant operational experience, including
the management of alcoholic beverage licensure, bakeries, spas, construction, hydroponic food
cultivation operations, retail gift shops, including extensive point-of sale software implementation, and _
hotel operations, our team will be ready to hit the ground running. With partners with local construction
experience, we are anticipating a 4-6 week build out of our retail and manufacturing facilities which
will allow the Town of Mashpee to reap the tax benefits and HCA benefits much more quickly than
other applicants that are building facilities from the ground up. With the support of established
Massachusetts cannabis industry professionals, we are well counseled and will be able to translate our
diverse business experiences into success in Massachusetts cannabis,to the benefit of the Town of
Mashpee. ,
The Store
With all of our rounded experience in design, construction and operations we plan to create a brand
here in Mashpee. The store will have a bright, open space with natural materials and good work flow.
As you can see from some of our previous projects,we will create something that Cape residents will
be impressed with. Our collective experience will assure success and confidence in the community.
Retail branding and management experience is critical in this new growing industry. We will be
featuring our local (on site)made products to sell in this store.
We will announce the mane of the store at a future date.
