Mr. Harrington remarked that no further information has been provided for the Residential Kitchen Permit for <br /> chopchague Farris. Mr. Harrington recommended that this be continued until a kitchen inspection is performed. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health continue the Residential Kitchen and Temporary Food <br /> Permits for Chopchague f=arm. Brian Baurngaertei seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> 6. 2017 Farmer's Market: Mashpee Commons.. <br /> Glen Harrington remarked that for several years Mashpee Commons has requested a weekly inspection/permit <br /> foo rather than having the Board of Health charge each vendor$50.00 per week. The Board has previously <br /> approved the Farmer's Market with conditions. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health approve the 2017 food permit for the Mashpee <br /> Commons Farmer's Market with the conditions that: <br /> 1. There is a certified food manager on site to oversee the food vendors during the event. <br /> . The fee for the market will be $100.00 per week. <br /> . If samples are to be provided by a vendor to the public thea all of the conditions in the Board's <br /> "Temporary Food Vending Policy" shall be met. <br /> 4. All prepared foods shall be made at a licensed facility, commercial or residential kitchen. The <br /> certified food manager in charge of the event is responsible for having the vendors comply with <br /> this requirement. <br /> . A copy of the vendor agreements shall be submitted to the Board of Health on Friday prior to the <br /> weekend. <br /> Brian Baumgaertel seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 7. bequest for 2017 Bodywork Practitioner License: Palma Puzzuollii. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that Palma Ruzzuoli submitted her application for a Bodywork practitioner <br /> License. Mr. Harrington requested a copy of her state massage license and also her transcripts that shag the <br /> number of hours for the sub-discipline that she had requested. As yet, the information has not been provided. <br /> Therefore, Mr. Harrington recommended a continuance. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health continue the permit application for the Bodywork <br /> Practitioner License for Palma Pu zuoli. Brian Baumgaertel seconded the motion. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> 8. FY 2018 through FY 20 20 Landfill Monitoring contract. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that two bids were provided to the Board of Health, one was issued by Tighe and <br /> Bond, the existing and current environmental consultant for the landfill* and the other was submitted by Green <br /> Seal Environmental, who had been a previous consultant for the landfill. Both environmental companies are <br /> qualified. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health accept the bid for Fiscal Year 2018 through Fiscal <br /> Year 2020Frost-Closure Landfill Monitoring services from Tighe and Bond at $11,950.00 per year. Brian <br /> Baumgaertel seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 9. Review of Perspective Board of Health Members: Recommendation.to Selectmen. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that there were four applicants for the position as a Board of Health member-. Mallory <br /> Langler, Joseph Henderson, Joe Marino, and Shane Clark. Mr. Harrington felt they are all qualified and <br /> thanked there for submitting their application. In Mr. Harrington's opinion, Mallory Langler deals with public <br /> health every day and has the best background. The Board is in agreement with Mr. Harrington. <br /> Brian Baurngaertel thanked all of the applicants for their interest in the Board of Health. <br /> 6 <br />
