The guidelines also include a <br /> suggested contract which, if used exactly as is, will be accepted. DHCD, although admitted not a party to <br /> the contract, has the ability to strife anything in contracts or not approve contracts that do not fully <br /> conform with their guidelines. There are many iters in the process that are in dispute and Mrs. Botsford <br /> stated she would not be surprised if there was a lave suit filed at some point. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: none <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> a) Adoption of DHCD Revised Income Limits—State-Aided Housing AHVP: Mrs. Botsford had <br /> forwarded the schedules to members in advance along with public Housing Notice 2016-30. A <br /> motion was made by 3ill Allen and seconded by Devin Shackett to adopt the Revised <br /> Income Limits as received. The motion carried. <br /> b) Annual Town Report: Mrs. Botsford had forwarded the draft to all members before the meeting. <br /> It was agreed to submit the report. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: none <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: none that has not already been mentioned. <br /> NEXT MEETING: The next meeting is scheduled for February 9, 2017, <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT.
