Also in attendance-. Leila Botsford, Executive Director. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT*. Minutes for the regular meeting held on March 9, 2017 were <br /> mailed to members before the meeting. A motion was made by ,Till Allen and seconded by <br /> Devin Shackett to accept the minutes as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPOT T & BUDGET UPDATE*. Mrs. Botsford reviewed the budget to <br /> actual report prepared by the fee accountant for period ended March 31, 2017. variances were <br /> discussed and Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for review and signature. The warrants for <br /> signature tonight are for the month of March 2017 and total as follows: $35,943.47 for 4001, <br /> $46,664.00 for MRVP, $43,880.76 for sher's Path Apartments, $17,170.98 for HAP, and <br /> $10,511.65 for Great Cove Community. <br /> We have all residents paid in full at all developments except for one sher's Path resident who is <br /> in the hospital. we are 100% occupied at all developments except for Great Cove Community <br /> right now. We have two vacancies and one more corning at GCC. Carol has been working very <br /> hard to process applicants but due to a number of issues we have had some difficulties filling the <br /> units. we are at a place now where we expect to fill the two vacancies very soon and we think <br /> we already have a new resident for the upcoming vacancy so hopefully all will he filled by May. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT & UPDATES: <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that she had mailed her reports for March and had a few items to add+ <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported she had completed the annual report to Spectrum for Asher's Path <br /> and transmitted that to them today. Mrs, Botsford has to attend at least two Spectrum <br /> LIHTC training this year, as last year she was unable to attend one. There are not as <br /> many trainings for Spectrum now that the owner sold the business, he is only doing <br /> training a few times a year and in different locations in the country.
