The committee will remain active, <br /> monitoring how things are going, until a final decision is made next year. <br /> Mrs. Botsford sent the CPC and Town Manager the HAP report for quarter ended <br /> 3/31/17. A. copy is in your paeket. <br /> Mrs. Botsford sent a response to Guyder Hurley with regards to the .SUP. A.copy is in <br /> your packet. <br /> The MassHousing written review just carne in today from MassHousing. The report is in <br /> your Paget. we have had consistent satisfactory reports and because our reporting, <br /> maintenance, Files, and finances are in such good shape, we may not have to do a review <br /> every year. Possibly every 2 years. we are considered a AAA. Tier one rating. <br /> Matthew Haney contacted me about a property at 56 Degrass load. A copy of his email <br /> is included in your packet as well as his attachment. Since it is not on the agenda tonight, <br /> and we're not sure we will need to take any action, the information is provided in case we <br /> have to take it up in a future meeting. Mr. Halpern shared some history regarding the <br /> piece of property and the fact that Mr. Haney needs to transfer it to an affordable housing <br /> entity by May 6. As of right now, he has offered it to Habitat for Humanity but if that <br /> falls through, he will ask us to consider it. Mrs. Botsford will get in touch with the board <br /> if we need to schedule a special meeting. <br /> DHCD Public Housing Notices 42017-7 had been sent to the board previously. Also in <br /> your packet is PHN 2017-0and PHN 2017-09. Mrs. Botsford reviewed both with the <br /> board. <br /> The next five year Capital Improvement Plan will need to be done soon and may be on <br /> the agenda for May for the board's approval. <br /> The National Junior Honor Society kids at the Mashpee High School are putting together <br /> care packages for Homeyer village Residents as a service project. <br /> 6. OLID BUSINESS: <br /> a. Carver Housing Authorl'W. Mrs. Botsford updated the hoard with information relating <br /> to the potential management of Carver Housing Authority. She has had a couple <br /> conversations with DHCD about it, and they fully support Mashpee Housing Authority <br /> taping over Carver., bight now, the decision is with the board at Carver Housing <br /> Authority and DHD expects a decision will be made sometime in May or,lune. After a <br /> brief discussion, a motion was made by Richard Halpern and seconded by Till Gillen <br /> to give the Executive Director the authority to respond on behalf of the Mashpee <br /> Housing Authority if approached to go into Carver to manage it. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> a) Updated Personnel Policy (Board vote neededh. Mrs. Botsford had forwarded the drafted <br /> update prior to the meeting.
