DR-AF]" 47 MAY 2019 SPECIAL & ANNIJAT, TOANN MEETING WARRANT l'aoe 29 <br /> Article <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate or transfer from available funds $1,640,000 to the <br /> Sewer Commission Collection System Design Account,to complete the design of the first phase of <br /> the sewer collection system to be connected to the municipal wastewater treatment plant to be <br /> located adjacent to the Town's solid waste transfer station, or take any other action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Sewer Commission <br /> Explanation: This article would provide funding for complete design of phase 1 of the sewer <br /> collection system to be connected to the wastewater treatment plant adjacent to the Town's solid <br /> waste transfer station. Work on collection system design would begin in late summer 2019 and <br /> be completed in December 2020, with construction anticipated in 2021 through 2023, pending <br /> funding and permitting for said construction.This project is one of the initial steps in implementing <br /> the Town's Watershed Nitrogen Management Plan/CWMP. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article by a vote of <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article by a vote of <br /> Article <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate or transfer from available funds$840,000 to the Sewer <br /> Commission Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Account, to complete the design of Phase 1 of <br /> the municipal wastewater treatment plant to be located adjacent to the Town's solid waste <br /> transfer station, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Sewer Commission <br /> Explanation: This article would provide funding to complete final design of phase 1 of the <br /> wastewater treatment plant to be located adjacent to the Town's solid waste transfer station. <br /> Work on preliminary designs for the plant is currently under way, expected to be completed by <br /> the end of 2019, using nitrogen mitigation funds held by the Cape Cod Commission as the result <br /> of conditions imposed on a number of Development of Regional Impact projects. This proposed <br /> funding would allow continuation of design work, to full design of Phase 1, upon completion of <br /> the preliminary design. This project is one of the initial steps in implementing the Town's <br /> Watershed Nitrogen Management Plan/CWMP. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article by a â–ºrote of <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article by a vote of <br /> Article <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Section E of§174-5 (G) Light Industrial Overlay District as <br /> follows: <br /> Base zoning dimensional requirements defined in the Land Space Requirements table in Section <br /> 174-31 of the Mashpee Zoning Bylaw shall apply in the Light Industrial Overlay District <br /> Architecture and site design shall conform to Design Guidelines for Cape Cod: Designing the Future <br /> to Honor the Past prepared by the Cape Cod Commission and Community Vision, Inc. (approved <br /> by the Cape Cod Commission on September 1994, 2nd Edition March 1998) and its addendum, <br /> Contextual Design on Cape Cod (approved by the Cape Cod Commission on October 1, 2009) and <br /> be subject to approval by the permitting authority. <br />
