t <br /> Minutes of the Meeting <br /> MASHPEE HOUSING; AUTHORITY <br /> Board of Commissioners <br /> January 10, 2019 <br /> Date: January 10, 2019 <br /> Time: 5:00 PM <br /> Location: Mashpee Housing Authority, Community Room, 7 Job's Fishing Road, Mashpee, <br /> MA 02649 <br /> Members Present: Francis Laporte, Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger, and Kevin Shackett. <br /> Members Absent: Richard Halpern <br /> Others Present: Leila Botsford, Executive Director <br /> List of documents and other exhibits used at the meeting and retained at the Authority's <br /> office: <br /> • Minutes of the meeting held December 13, 2018 <br /> • Warrants for December 2018 <br /> • Budget to Actual report for 12/31/18 <br /> • Mashpee/Brewster Management Agreement <br /> • Capital Improvement Plan <br /> • Report on AUP (Agreed Upon Procedures) <br /> • Quarterly Housing Assistance Program Report <br /> DECISIONS MADE/ACTIONS TAKEN ARE IN BOLD <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM. A quorum was declared with the following <br /> members present: Fran Laporte, Kevin Shackett, Jill Allen, and Lisa Meizinger. Also in "! <br /> attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director. Richard Halpern was absent <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the regular meeting held on December 13, 2018 were <br /> mailed to members before the meeting. A motion was made by Kevin Shackett and seconded <br /> by Jill Allen to accept the minutes as presented. The motion carried. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT AND BUDGET UPDATE: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants <br /> for signature which are for the month of December 2018 and total as follows: $54,652.35 for <br /> 4001, $ 47,496.00 for MRVP, $29,29387.57 for Asher's Path Apartments, $ 5,451.64 for HAP, <br /> and $9,037.19 for Great Cove Community. We have rents paid in full at all except for one at <br /> Homeyer Village (Chapter 667) and a partial balance due for a Breezy Acres (Chapter 705) <br /> resident. We are 100% occupied at all properties. Mrs. Botsford reviewed the budget to actual <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
