Vandrimlen Pg.: 262 <br /> 238 Pimlico Pond Road <br /> (Map 2 Parcel 18) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on February 20, 2019 by Owners, Stephen D. and Pamela J. <br /> VanDrimlen requesting a Variance under §174-33 to allow for renovations of an existing <br /> single family structure situated within the 50 ft. buffer wetland resource area on property <br /> located in R-5 Zoning District, Map 2 Parcel 18, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 22, 2019 and March 1, 2019 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §10 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,March 13,2019 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board <br /> Members, Scott Goldstein, and Norman J. Gould, and Associate Member, Sharon <br /> Sangeleer. Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> Pam and Stephen Vandrimlen represented themselves for their renovation project <br /> requesting a Variance within the 50 ft. buffer,and they are not changing the footprint. They <br /> are lifting the foundation, and renovating the first floor. <br /> Mr. Mendoza said they are only requesting relief in the 50 ft. buffer. There are no <br /> new non-conformities. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell said that Conservation approved the project. <br /> Ms. Vandrimlen said they went to the Conservation meeting on February 28, 2019. <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> 1 <br />
