MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A VARIANCE <br /> Stephen D. Vandrimlen and Pamela J. Vandrimlen <br /> 238 Pimlico Pond Road <br /> (Map 2 Parcel 18) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> V-2019-17 <br /> The Board mentioned to the homeowners to review the project with the Health <br /> Agent to confirm what inspections they require. This will be a condition read into the <br /> motion. <br /> Jonathan read the Conservation and Inspection Department comments into the <br /> record. <br /> VARIANCE CRITERIA: <br /> §174-33 — Setback from water and wetlands: Any building or structure, <br /> exclusive of fixed or floating piers, wharves, docks, bridges or boardwalks, shall be set <br /> back at least(50') feet from any water or wetland as defined by MGL C. 131, §40. <br /> GENERAL CRITERIA: <br /> The subject property located at 238 Pimlico Pond Road is approximately 108,893 <br /> square feet. <br /> There were no abutters present. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> March 13, 2019,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue Stephen D. and <br /> Pamela J. Vandrimlen a Variance under §174-33 to allow for renovations of an existing <br /> single family structure situated within the 50 ft. buffer wetland resource area on property <br /> located in R-5 Zoning District, Map 2 Parcel 18, Mashpee, MA with the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2.
