Pm,e 27 _ Article 14 *NEW* Sewer Consu|tant—BOS Voted to add this to the Warrant 3-11-19 To see if the Town will vote to raise and/or transfer from available funds and appropriate the sum o{$IO[iOODfor the purpose Ofretaining the services of professional Sewer Consultant to provide technical support to the Sewer Commission with respect to the following matters: scheduling implementation of the existing nutrient management plan, making recommendations for a schedule of rates and charges to fund wastewater operations, making recommendations for betterment policy, developing on operational plan with recommendations for a management structure Looversee daily operations of wastewater facilities, establishing an agreement with the Mashpee Water District to provide billing services for wastewater, providing value engineering for the design ofthe initial wastewater treatment plant and collection system for the area around the Transfer Station, assessing options for accessing the disposal site in south Mashpee outside of the VVaquoit and Popponesset Bay watersheds, and such other functions incidental or related thereto, or take any other action in relating thereto.
