Submitted bythe Department ofPublic Works E xp1anadoM: This article authorizes use of funds which will be 10096 reimbursed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The budget approved each fiscal year by the Legislature and Governor establishes the total funding available for Chapter 90 local transportation aid for that year. These funds are then apportioned t0the 351Massachusetts towns and cities. The funding authorized by this article is the maximum anticipated Town's share of the FY20 Chapter 90 program.
