Box 1 108 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES : 2/20/85 P. 4 <br /> Dee Tali.n came before the Board for preliminary discussion of Popponesset <br /> Realty Trust 's plan of Shoestring Bay. <br /> The Board said the plan needed some revisions and it was first submitted <br /> 1/2/85 , Mr. Marsters made a motion to disapprove the plan. Mr. Jonas <br /> seconded and all voted in favor. <br /> They gave her a copy of Mr . Rowley's report and Mr . Dubin asked them to <br /> make changes and submit the definitive based on the recommendations . <br /> Petitioner: Peter Daigle <br /> Submitted by: Frank Whiting <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: Orchard Rd . <br /> Fee : $45 <br /> This plan was submitted to the Town Clerk on February 8 but the Board <br /> just received it today. The lots don't conform with the lot size after <br /> the special town meeting of February 11. Mr. Marsters said it wasn't <br /> a proper submission on February 8 as it didn' t conform with the rules <br /> and regulations . <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion that they don't endorse as Approval Not <br /> Required because the lot frontage area doesn't conform with zoning by® <br /> alw. Mr. Jonas seconded and all voted in favor. <br /> Petitioner: New Seabury Corp. <br /> Submitted by: Scott McAiskill <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: Seanest Dr. <br /> Fee : $30 <br /> The plan consisted of 2 lots . <br /> Mr. Dubin pointed out it should have the zoning district and reference to <br /> the special permit on it . Mr. Jonas made a motion to endorse the plan <br /> as an Approval Not Required subject -to adding the zoning district infor- <br /> mation. Ms . Stone seconded and all voted in favor. Mr. Jonas signed on <br /> behalf of the Board . Mr. McAiskill took the plans back and will return <br /> them when he adds the information. <br />
