Box 1108 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES : 2/20/85 P. 6 <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion to notify the owner that the plan was not <br /> submitted properly prior to town meeting and therefore doesn't conform <br /> with current zoning requirements . Mr. Jonas seconded and all voted <br /> in favor. They placed him on the agenda for March 6, <br /> Mr. Raymond appeared before the Boarf for preliminary discussion on Park <br /> Place Realty's plan on Rte . 130. He had submitted the plan on January 16 . <br /> They went over Mr. Rowley's letter. <br /> Mr. Raymond said he did correct the intersection. The Board requested that <br /> Noisy Hole Rd. be 50' as it 's going to be a main road . The Board had a <br /> problem with the recreation area size . They felt it was inadequate . They <br /> suggested lots 75 & 76 be taken out and leveled for a play area . <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion to approve the plan subject to Mr. Rowley's <br /> letter and in addition that Noisy Hole Rd. be expanded to 50' layout and <br /> lots 75 & 76 be added to open space area. Ms . Stone seconded and all <br /> voted in favor. <br /> South Cape Resorts submitted a plan to the Town Clerk on February 11, who <br /> gave it to this secretary, but they didn't show tonight . Mr. Dubin will <br /> contact town counsel and put them on the agenda again for March 6. <br /> Mr. Rowley said he hadn;t had a chance to inspect Clipper Ship Village , <br /> but will for the March 6 meeting. <br /> Atty. Casey submitted a letter requesting that the public hearing for <br /> D .S .&B be continued and said Mr. Benway agreed. Mr. Marsters made a motion <br /> to continue the public hearing on the relocation of the Rd, at Bayview <br /> Condominiums to April 17 . Ms . Stone seconded and all voted in favor. <br /> Mr. .Dubin pointed out the memo from the Selectmen which states if anyone <br /> is going to be sued , they must notify the Selectmen immediately. <br /> The Board reviewed -the zoning articles sent from the Selectmen and agreed <br /> to schedule public hearings for April 17 . <br /> The following preliminary plans were submitted on January 16 and the Board <br /> scheduled them for discussion on March 6: <br />
