BOX 1108 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES : 1/16/85 P. 8 <br /> said they will have an alley in back for driveways . <br /> The Board accepted the plan and put them on the agenda for March 20. <br /> Petitioner: Earle Marsters <br /> Submitted by: Mike McGrath <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary <br /> Location: Falmouth-Sandwich Rd. <br /> Fee : $50 <br /> Mr. Marsters abstained and stepped down. <br /> The plan consisted of 3 lots in an R-2 zone . The Board said lot 2 is <br /> non-buildable . Mr. McGrath said he delivered plans to the Board of Health <br /> and Town Clerk. He said the definitive plan will show lot 2 as nonbuildable . <br /> The Board accepted the plan as a preliminary and put them on the agenda <br /> for March 20, <br /> Petitioner: Ockway Bay Realty Trust <br /> Submitted by: Mike McGrath <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary <br /> Location Great Neck Rd. <br /> Fee : $50 <br /> The plan consisted of 4 lots with a proposed gravel turn around in an R-3 <br /> zone . Mr. McGrath said gravel is to minimize the cost since the owner <br /> plans to build on lot 4. <br /> The Board said they would rather see the cul-de-sac paved and Mr. McGrath <br /> said he will tell the owner. <br /> The Board accepted the plan as a preliminary and put him on the agenda <br /> for March 20 for discussion and report from Mr. Rowley. <br /> Petitioner: Allen Ryder <br /> Submitted by: Mike McGrath <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary <br /> Location: Quinaquisset Rd <br /> Fee : $50 <br /> Mc `McGrath sale they're merging the acreage with the site where the multi- <br /> family is planned - 5 new lots are created. <br />
