The Board said they will consider <br /> it the way it is now. <br /> Mr. Warwick presented a receipt from the Board of Health and said the plan has <br /> also been filed with the Town Clerk. <br /> The Board accepted the plan as a preliminary and put them on the agenda <br /> for March 6 at which time Mr. Rowley will have a report . <br /> Petitioner: Cranberry Trust <br /> Submitted by: Bill Warwick <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary <br /> Location: end of Edgewater Rd. <br /> Fee : $50 <br /> Mr. Dubin abstained and stepped down. <br /> The plan showed 5 lots . They discussed the cul-de-sac on Edgewater Rd. <br /> which is presently there . They felt it had to stay as people may have <br /> right to it but the Board suggested painting a center line to show the <br /> road continues and use that part for parking, but they would leave it up <br /> to them as to whether to see about abandoning it or following their <br /> suggestion. <br /> The Board accepted the plan as a preliminary and put them on the agenda <br /> for March 20. <br /> Petitioner: Tasoris <br /> Submitted by: Bill Warwick <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary <br /> Location: Great Neck Rd. <br /> Fee : $50 <br /> The plan was for 9 acres on Great Neck Rd. where Great Hay Rd . intersects . <br /> Mr. Warwick said the road will be 500' long right through the middle , <br /> leaving a buffer all the way around and they'll use the depression for <br /> drainage . <br /> The Board felt something should be done with Great Hay Rd. They asked him <br /> to show ownership to center of road but show easement for future road <br /> improvement of Great Hay Rd. <br /> The Board didn 't like driveways for 2 lots on Great Neck Rd. Mr. Warwick <br />
