Stone seconded and all voted in favor. The plan was signed . <br /> Bill Warwick presented a plan for Mr. Files which would divide 1 lot into <br /> 2 with one having frontage on Jones and the other on Melissa Ave . <br /> Mr. Marsters said Jones Rd . is not a legal road and so only frontage is <br /> on Melissa Ave . Also there was only 40' of frontage on lot 1A . <br /> The Board didn't accept the plan as an Approval Not Required as lot lA <br /> didn't have proper frontage . <br /> Petitioner: Richardson Jonas <br /> Submitted by: Bill Warwick <br /> Time of Plan: Preliminary <br /> Location: Route 130 <br /> Fee : $50 <br /> Mr. Jonas abstained and stepped down. <br /> There were 4 acres of land divided into 6 lots . It included the lots <br /> that were just approved as an ANR. They didn't show the zoning line over <br /> 3 lots but will when they come in again. They made alooped road rather <br /> than a cul-de-sac as they couldn't get the 60' radius .
