Mr. <br /> Benway said no. Anather woman said her main concern was her rights to the <br /> water taken away. Their <br /> calculations came up with 25% open space . They took out the well site <br /> and they addressed all questions from the last meeting. <br /> The Board felt the plan looked better than the previous one they had turned <br /> down but they still didn't like the strips of open space and there was <br /> discussion on it . They agreed the buffer was a good idea . They felt the <br /> plan complied with the requirements of a preliminary but they wanted a <br /> better design of the open space . <br /> They discussed road network connections and suggested building Great Hay <br /> Rd . to Great Oak Rd. , build up Redbrook Rd . and tie into Amy Brown Rd . <br /> They asked them to return on March 6 with revised plans based on tonights <br /> thoughts and comments . <br /> Petitioner: Richardson Jonas <br /> Submitted by: Bill Warwick <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: Route 130 <br /> Fee : $90 <br /> Mr. Jonas abstained and stepped down. <br /> Mr. Warwick said they are changing existing lot 7 . Lot 6 will be annexed <br /> to lot 7 and part to Mr. Jonas 's existing property (lot 1) . He said they're <br /> losing a lot but adding it to lot 7 and to 1 . <br />
