BOX 1 108 MASHPEE, MA 02649 PLANNING BOARD MINUTES : 1/16/85 P. 5 Mr. Benway said he would bring a revised plan to Mr. Rowley on February 6 and return on February 20 for Mr. Rowley's report and a vote from the Board . Members of the Mashpee Neck Association asked if any of the names of roads such as Simon's Narrows Rd. and Bryant 's Cove Rd. would be changed . Mr. Benway said no. Anather woman said her main concern was her rights to the water taken away. Mr. Dubin said he wants to be able to have some evidence to substantiate that it 's a public way. Petitioner: New Seabury Corporation Submitted by: Kris Kuebler,. Scott McAiskill Type of Plan: Preliminary Location: Bufflehead Bay Fee : $50 Mr. Kuebler said they put in lotlines and square footage of lots . Their calculations came up with 25% open space . They took out the well site and they addressed all questions from the last meeting. The Board felt the plan looked better than the previous one they had turned down but they still didn't like the strips of open space and there was discussion on it . They agreed the buffer was a good idea . They felt the plan complied with the requirements of a preliminary but they wanted a better design of the open space . They discussed road network connections and suggested building Great Hay Rd . to Great Oak Rd. , build up Redbrook Rd . and tie into Amy Brown Rd . They asked them to return on March 6 with revised plans based on tonights thoughts and comments . Petitioner: Richardson Jonas Submitted by: Bill Warwick Type of Plan: Approval Not Required Location: Route 130 Fee : $90 Mr. Jonas abstained and stepped down. Mr. Warwick said they are changing existing lot 7 . Lot 6 will be annexed to lot 7 and part to Mr. Jonas 's existing property (lot 1) . He said they're losing a lot but adding it to lot 7 and to 1 .
