Mr. Morin check in every year. Mr. Rowley recommended an inspection three months ahead of <br /> completion. Mr. Lehrer recommended a vote to set the deadline for the agreement, between two <br /> and three years and the Board could then set dates for which they would like Mr. Rowley to <br /> inspect the site, separate from the agreement. The Chair suggested that the project proponent <br /> submit reports and requested that Town Counsel consider a provision requiring that Mr. Morin <br /> report back to the Planning Board within 24 months. There was consensus to ask Mr. Morin to <br /> report annually to the Planning Board. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion that the Planning Board accepts this Triparty <br /> Agreement with the completion date of April 1,2022, subject to annual progress reports, <br /> submitted by Ockway Highlands LLC to the Mashpee Planning Board. Mr.Weeden <br /> seconded the motion. Mr. Lehrer reported that there would be a Listening Session for <br /> anyone to share their opinions about improvements to the area around the rotary. Two meetings <br /> would be held at the Library, 1 pm and 5 pm. The Chair encouraged attendance at the meeting. <br /> Mr. Weeden also reported the availability of two grants for restoring clean water, adding that <br /> there would be a meeting in East Falmouth tomorrow. Mr. Weeden would forward the <br /> information to Mr. Lehrer and the Conservation Agent. <br /> Community Preservation Committee-No meeting <br /> Design Review Committee-No meeting <br /> Plan Review-No meeting <br /> Environmental Oversight Committee-Mr. Cummings reported that there was <br /> discussion regarding small amounts of PFA and PFO detected in the water testing. Trace <br /> amounts were found in a couple of wells, foam was the source of the contaminants. The trailer <br /> park had previously been impacted and the Air Force had connected the area to Town water and <br /> provided carbon filters. The MVP application had been submitted and preparations were being <br /> made for the shellfish project. A consultant would be hired for the Wastewater Plan and designs <br /> were being finalized for the treatment facility.
