❑ 14. Letter of approval from the Harbormaster for buoys, floats, and navigation. <br /> Commission Comments:No comment <br /> ❑ 15. Letter of approval from the Shellfish Constable (Steps 1 through 14 completed) <br /> Commission Comments:No comment <br /> ❑ 16. After a completed application is approved by the Shellfish Constable and Harbormaster,the Shellfish <br /> Constable will request that it be added to the agenda of the Shellfish Commission and the Waterways <br /> Commission. The applicant must appear before the Shellfish Commission prior to the Waterways <br /> Commission, unless the applicant is scheduled on both agendas that same day. <br /> Commission Comments: <br /> Fisher: "This was added because of conflict in scheduling the Waterways Commission meets the same <br /> day as the Shellfish Commission in the morning (9 am)." <br /> ❑ 17. Letter of approval form the Shellfish Commission. <br /> Commission Comments:No comment <br /> ❑ 18. Letter of approval from the Waterways Commission. <br /> Commission Comments:No comment <br /> ❑ 19. After both the Shellfish Commission and the Waterway Commission approve the proposed <br /> Aquaculture License Application,the applicant submits the final application to the Board of Selectman for <br /> a Public Hearing with a non-refundable application fee of$125 (check or money order payable to the Town <br /> of Mashpee). <br /> Commission Comments:No comment. <br /> ❑ 20. The applicant sends a copy of the public hearing notice by certified mail to all abutting property <br /> owners within three hundred (300) feet of the project area 10 days prior to public hearing being held. <br /> Commission Comments: <br /> Fisher: "Abutter requirement will change to reflect the same information required by the Conservation <br /> Commission' Notice of Intent." <br /> ❑ 21.Approval from the Mashpee Board of Selectman. <br /> Commission Comments:No comment. <br /> F� 22. After the Board of Selectman approve the application,the Board sends a letter to the Massachusetts <br /> Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF)for review and approval. <br /> Commission Comments:No comment. <br />
