"The ph test after the "Ruck" filter and another test after the dray water tank will determine if the chemical reactions have taken place. " It will be acidic after the "Ruck" filter and almost neutral after the gray water tank. " Mr. Greelish sated, "this Board would like D. . . AF Upon motion duly rade }by Mr-. Ball and seconded by MrF. Doherty voted unanimouslytoygrant the installation of ,, the "Ruck" septic system at 11 Bowsprit Point conditional upon compliance with the following: 1 . Should the owner reside at the dwelling on a year round basis, the engineer, Michael McGrath, .E, , shall be held responsible to perform 24 consecutive Ito monthly samplings which shall be transported to a marine biological laboratory for analysis., 2. The , engineer, Michael McGrath, P.E. shall ensure a COPY of each analysis is forwarded to the Mashpee Board of Health. Should the owner reside at the property on a sea- somal basis testing and analysis shall be .performed monthly during occupancy for a total of twenty-four ( 24) months. 4. The owner shall be held financially responsible for each test and analysis. The owner shall file this restriction with theReg- istry of Deeds and shall remain in effect upon transfer of property. The above stated restrictions are subject to the De- partment of Environmental Protection's approval of the testing schedule and protocol to be submitted by Michael McGrath, P.E. .
