'Casj7e,A1-�wsuchusetts 02649 <br /> Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, July 16, 2019 <br /> Design Review Committee Members Present: Charlie Maintanis, Bill <br /> Blaisdell, Joe Callahan, Joe Cummings, and Miles Peters. <br /> Charlie called the meeting to order at 8:35 am. <br /> 8:30 am Business Name: Thomas E. Fair—Applicant <br /> Project address: 21 Evergreen Circle (Lot 1) <br /> Agent: Kevin Kirrane, Esquire <br /> Engineer: Down Cape Engineering <br /> Request: Applicant is proposing a 7,000 sq. ft. Warehouse <br /> and office use, a portion of which to be used in connection <br /> with applicant's lawn care business. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented Owner/Applicant, Tom Fair. Also <br /> present was Dan Ojala, Down Cape Engineering, and Lou Seminara, <br /> Contractor. <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that the applicants have a lawn and tree service <br /> company based in the Harwich area, and since their business has grown, <br /> they would like to have another building in Mashpee to accommodate their <br /> customer base for the upper Cape and off Cape. They are proposing a <br /> typical contractor bay type building with four (4) bays in the building, the <br /> largest bay will be occupied by Tom's business. He will have office space <br /> for his business. The other three bays will be owned or rented by typical <br /> contractor type uses. Each bay is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. each. The total <br /> size of the building will be 7,000•sq.ft, including the office space. It conforms <br /> to the zoning requirements on Evergreen Circle which is commercial and <br /> industrial development that was just completed. The building is not out of <br /> character with other uses that have been approved by the Board and will be <br /> going to the ZBA. There will be twenty three (23).parking spaces provided, <br /> and there will be a tight tank installed as part of the project as well. <br /> Joe Cummings asked what the proposed signage is for the building. <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that there currently is no signage being proposed at <br /> the current time, but will return if required. Dan Ojala said there is a free <br /> standing sign on the site plan just in.front of the entrance, and will be a <br /> board sign: He will have to return to Design Review at a later date when <br /> they determine the new businesses that will be occupying the building. This <br /> building is set back a good distance from the street. <br /> 1 <br />
