Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, July 16, 2019 <br /> Charlie made a comment that Miles' concerns can move forward to the ZBA. <br /> The Committee discussed the specific concerns with signage, street <br /> frontage, parking, landscaping, scalability of the building, and the design <br /> esthetics should be addressed at the ZBA hearing. <br /> Bill Blaisdell said that the building meets the lot coverage, but understands <br /> the concern with the esthetics of the building. <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that there are time constraints associated with the <br /> application which he is hoping to get Variance relief with the ZBA if they feel <br /> it is appropriate. If the ZBA does not feel it is appropriate, then he can apply <br /> with the Planning Board for a Special Permit. <br /> Charlie said that this application can move forward to the ZBA as Attorney <br /> Kirrane suggested. <br /> Bill Blaisdell made a motion to recommend 413 Nathan Ellis Hwy application <br /> for Industria Development Group Inc. with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The signage will meet current Zoning Bylaw requirements: <br /> 2. The concerns over the esthetics of the building will be addressed <br /> prior to the ZBA hearing. <br /> 3. The Variance for parking will be addressed at the ZBA hearing. <br /> Joe Callahan seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Other Business: <br /> Committee to "review and approve revised Landscape Plan for 29 & 41 <br /> Echo Road as requested at last meeting dated May 21, 2019. The <br /> Committee approved the plan as revised. <br /> Approval of June 4, 2019 meeting minutes. Charlie made a motion to <br /> approve the meeting minutes. Joe Cummings seconded.
