G . L . Chapter 131 , <br /> Section 40 not to oe included in calculating either <br /> total ) . The developed portion of the OSID shall <br /> have a minimum of two hundred ( 200 ) feet of frontage <br /> on Route 23 , Route 151 , Cotuit Road , Central Road , Route 130 . <br /> Quinaquisset Avenue , Great Neck Road , Great Hay Road, <br /> or Red Brook Road in a location which will allow for a safe <br /> entrance onto such road . The de,)e l oped portion of an OSID <br /> shall not be Ior_ ated in any Pri --lacy or Secondary Conservatic <br /> Area designated by the Mashpee Open Space <br /> Conser-)at i on and Recreat i on PI an or by the <br /> Conservation Commission . No structure within the <br /> developed portion of an OSID may be located and no <br /> clearance of natural vegetation , except as provided <br /> elsewhere in Section 9 . 3 , may occur within <br /> three hundred ( 300 ) feet of any fresh or sal t water <br /> body of more than ten ( 11-1 ) .acres or within three <br /> hundred ( 300 ) feet of the Mashpee , Santui t , Quashnet <br /> or 1—hi Ids Rivers or Red Brook or their adjacent wet ! ands or <br /> w i thin one hundred ( 10Cii feet of any active or recently <br /> active (within 10 years) cranberry bog or any wetlands as <br /> defined b,/ M .
