as well as an approved copy of the plan of the site <br /> required by Subsection 9 . 382) . <br /> 9 , 3::-j5 Wi th i n thirty i 30 > days of the approval of said <br /> special Permit for a Partial OSID , the applicant <br /> shall file a definitive plan of the land to be <br /> preserved for open space under the Partial OSID. <br /> After approval of the definitive plan by the Board , <br /> it shall be recorded at the Barnstable County <br /> Registry of Deeds , along with the covenants and <br /> restrictions required to ensure its preservation as <br /> open space , wi th i n six months of the approval of <br /> the Partial OSID special permit . Any transfer of <br /> the fee title to property to the Town or a non- <br /> profit organization shall be completed within one <br /> year of the approval of said special permit . <br /> Failure to record said plan , covenants, restrictions <br /> or deeds as requited herein and contemplated in the <br /> special permit shall cause such permit to become <br /> null and void. <br /> 9 . 386 After all itams required by the special permit for <br /> recording under subsection 9 . 385 have been recorded , <br /> said special permit shall not expire and any <br /> bonus units shall continue in force until used by <br /> the owner , his heir or assign in an approved OSID . <br /> MA'=HPEc PLANNING BOARD <br /> Richard S .
