Road. Earle Marsters asked that there is no clearing within
300' of fresh or salt water but would that include clearing
within 300' feet? Tom Fudala said that except as provided
elsewhere in section 9. 3, the only was is access through a
dock . Earle Marsters thinks that this is to restrictodv he
suggest 100' . Earle Marsters also commented on section 9.32
and said that the words "detached homes" should be added.
Tony Ferragamo would prefer to see section 9. 321 to read as
single-family detached structures.
Dick Dubin then moved on to ask about the three story
structures. Tony Ferragamo thinks that it's a good idea to
keep some space undeveloped and opened. Someone from the
floor asked Tom Fudala what the Fire Chief thought of this
article? Tom Fudala said that Chief Hartin had no problems
with the idea. Chief Hartin will have to approve the plans
and the site of the building.
They moved on through the rest of the article stopping to
discuss a few subsections. Dick Dubin went back to ask Tom
Fudala about the incentives. Tom Fudala said the maximum
multiplier would be 4. 5, that would be given in a fairly
rear situation where you would have salt water frontage that
fits in the Open Space plan and they would give to the Town .
Then you would multiply all three together , 1 . 5 x 1 .5 x 2.0
= 4 .5. You would multiply 1 .35 for fresh water .

Earle Marsters asked what Charlie Rowley thought of the
^`- article and Dick Dubin said he' s not the Town- s Engineer .
We have the position but no one has filled it .
They moved on and discussed phasing and the last item was
section 9. 38, which is to set aside open space now! ! ! Tony
Ferragamo said it's a great article and it could change the
character of Mashpee .
Being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 12:00
p .m. /
Respectfully submitted,

|

Tracie Moll
Transcribing Secretary
!

'

i
