He stated he had submitted copy of <br /> deed, real estate tax bill and authorization of trustee to sign ap- <br /> pl&cation.- Chairman commented on proper zoning indicatiohs . chairman <br /> asked for motion for approval subject to revision of zoning line <br /> which should be 200 feet from center. Mr. Jonas moved approval, Mr. <br /> Collins seconded motion and Board voted approval unanimously. <br /> Preliminary Plans: River Ridge Trust/Earle Marsters <br /> River Road on the west side of Mashpee River <br /> Mr. Rowley expressed wish to examine plan from the standpoint of <br /> the layout of River Road. <br /> Preliminary Plans: River Rdige Trust/Earle Marsters <br /> west side of Mashpee River, no road frontage. <br /> Town Planner stated this is 4.7 acres, listed with owners unknown. <br /> Question regarding title of part of it. Theodore Schilling, repre- <br /> senting applicant, stated he feels they have title. Regarding owners <br /> unknown, Mr. Schilling stated they are trying to straighten this out. <br /> Town Planner stated it was voted to give this to Conservation commission <br /> at Town meeting. Chairman requested letter to the effect applicant is <br /> owner. He also stated Board should be given names of interested parties <br /> and give notice to them. Hearing continued to December 14, 1985 . <br />
