There was no response. Mr. Dubin stated that he <br /> would call them again later. It was then decided that the Board would sign the <br /> plans that were ready for signature. <br /> Definitive Plan: Elise M. Otis, el al by Baxter & Nye, Inc. <br /> West side of Central and Lowell Roads, north of Ashers Path <br /> and east of Lovell' s Lane <br /> Signature of Definitive Plan for 49-lot subdivision <br /> Mr. William Nye stated that he thought that the Water's Edge hearing was <br /> supposed to be on the agenda tonight. Regarding the above-mentioned plan, <br /> the covenant and authorization by owner are tied up in the law firm that <br /> represents the estate. It was decided to continue the hearing until <br /> October 16, 1985- Mr. Nye stated that, in the meantime, everything could <br /> be reviewed by Mr. Rowley. Mr. Nye wants Water' s Edge on the agenda for <br /> October 16. They have approval from the Town of Barnstable. <br /> Definitive Plan: Q,u.inaquisset Realty Trust <br /> Quinaquisset Ave.fMashpee Neck Road-- -j,u is Cove Road <br /> Signature of Definitive Plan of 11 lot "Swan Cove" subdivision <br /> The plan was moved during the hurricane and could not be found at this time. <br /> It was decided that when it is found, the Board members will sign it and Mr. <br /> George Benway will be notified. <br /> Preliminary Plan: Mashpee Investors Trust <br /> Between Route 28 and Great Hay Road at Falmouth Town Line <br /> Submit .-evised preliminary plan for 51-lot "Holland Mill <br /> Estates" cluster subdivision <br /> Mr. George Benway stated that he has met with Mr. Fudala and has incorporated <br /> into the plan his recommendations. Upon Mr. Fudala's recommendations, he <br /> relocated open space and took out three lots to keep open space. Discussion <br /> on definition of dead-end road. The regpilations say that a dead-end road will <br /> not be longer than 800 feet. The Board would have to waive that requirement <br /> if they thought this plan had merit. Mr. Ferragamo asked if the police and fire <br /> departments have a position on this plan yet. Mr. ?enway said that they won't <br /> have a position until the plan is finalized. Mr. Dubin was still concerned with <br /> the open space. He didn't think there was enough of a buffer for the wetlands. <br /> T+Tr. Benway said he would come back with a definitive with a 30 ft. buffer, <br /> re-aligned road, and more open space. He will also obtain a letter of approval <br /> from the police and fire departments. i"ir. Benway, after much discussion, thought <br /> that only one lot should be removed to make for open space. The Hoard thinks <br /> three lots should be removed. Mr. Collins moved to approve the preliminary plan <br /> subject to a reduction in density. Mr. Ferragamo seconded the motion and the <br /> Board voted unanimously in favor. <br />
