BOX 1 108 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES SEPTEMBER 26, 1985 PAGE 4 <br /> stated that he does not have the time, but if things slow down, he will try <br /> to do it. <br /> Mr. Dubin asked Mr. Rowley if there were any outstanding inspections. Mr. <br /> Rowley stated that he is up—to—date and there was nothing to discuss at this <br /> time. <br /> Mr. Fudala opened a letter requesting a hearing date on re—zoning of Seconset <br /> Island. It was decided to put it on the agenda for November 6. <br /> Discussion on times listed on the agenda. Mr. Fudala asked if they should be <br /> rare realistic. Mr. Dubin stated that they should not because if they ever got <br /> through a hearing quickly, they could take the next one right away. <br /> Mr. Fudala opened a letter regarding an extension on Shoestring Bay to November 30, <br /> Mr. Fudala stated that the new zoning by—law books were available. <br /> Mr. Dubin read a letter from Mr. Reardon on Santuit `,foods. It stated tv2a.t the <br /> Board could not issue building permits for any non—conforming lots which stand <br /> in common ownership as of February 11, 1985, with the exception of lots l.o€watp_d <br /> in a C-1 zone. <br /> Mr. Fudala then told the Board that he had received a letter on the Santu_t Wood:q <br /> subdivision. They had requested a copy of the min�ztes from September 1, �1984. <br /> The letter stated that Mr. i dala had said that he lost them. He wanted the <br /> record to show that he did not say that and that if they want the minutes, he <br /> will get them to them. <br /> Mr. Jonas made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
