It was decided <br /> that lot #`92 would be taken out to make for adequate flat open space. Ms. Stone <br /> brought up the concern of too many driveways and too much activity on Mashpee Neck <br /> Road.. There was a discussion about putting a notation on the plan to stipulate <br /> that no house would be built in front of the set-back line. It was decided that <br /> this hearing would be continued until October 16, 1985, to allow Mr. Nye time to <br /> make the chan.ges. Mr. Fudala stated that there <br /> is a petition. or a 7-member staggered Planning Board. The petition has not been <br /> submitted to the Selectmen. The Board members discussed their positions: <br /> Ms. Stone, ?�L. Collins and Mr. Ferragamo thought that a 5-member Board was enough. <br /> Mr. Jonas said that he would like to see a 7-member Planning Board in case a <br /> member was on vacation or abstained from a hearing due to a conflict of interest. <br /> There hasn' t been a quorum problem for a few months.
