We filed the definitive plan back in May. You were given a <br /> month to discuss it further . <br /> Mr . Dubin: We were able to get it on this fast - that ' s the part that - <br /> don ' t know how we did it so fast - date filed - June 5th <br /> Mr . McGrath : I have May 28th. <br /> Mr . Dubin: OK - guess June 5th is when it got to us and then we set it <br /> up for a hearing about a month ago . Now - I guess the first thing for me <br /> to resolve - you brought up the point last time I 'm an abutter . Therefore , <br /> I 'm going to abstain. <br /> Mr . Jonas took over the chair for this portion of the meeting . <br /> Mr . Jonas : I recall now - this is the one I thought should have been a <br /> preliminary plan. <br /> Mr . McGrath : If I could make the presentation - My name is Michael <br /> McGrath - I work for the firm of Homes & McGrath, Land Surveyors , and <br /> we prepared the plan that is before the Board tonight . The land is located <br /> on the eastern side of Great Neck Road. The Catholic Church - is about <br /> in this particular location. The land is up and on the right hand side . <br /> The plan shows that we are dividing land of Ockway Bay Realty Trust and <br /> land of Cartal Development Corporation into ten lots . To explain the <br /> color coding shows - of course , we have the lots numbered . The land <br /> fronts on Ockway Bay which is colored blue and the salt marsh is colored <br /> yellow. Adjacent to the salt marsh there is a group of fresh water plants <br /> that line the bank. We have colored them light green. <br />
