PLANNING BOARD MINUTES : 6/19/85 P. 3 <br /> Mr. Govoni : I was in here before and I got an approval with a map <br /> change . When I went to town meeting Joe Reardon suggested I don't <br /> put it in as it would be too much of an amendment and probably <br /> wouldn't get by -the Attorney General 's office . So he rewrote the <br /> article for me . Here 's the map. <br /> Mr. Dubin: So now you 're using the edge of the . . . . <br /> Mr. Govoni. : Right . <br /> Mr. Dubin: We already worked. this-over,pretty well. Any comments <br /> from -the public on this one? (there were none ) Ok we 'll. take our <br /> vote later. <br /> The Board took up the public hearing on -the subdivision owned by <br /> Bay Views BU- ilders . Mr. Dubin read the notice as advertised in the <br /> newspaper (see attached ) . Chris Costa and Alex Dittami appeared <br /> before the Board. <br /> Mr. Dittami explained they were relocating first 350' of Shields Rd. <br /> at Rte . 130. They reviewed Mr. Rowley's report . As they had no <br /> report from the Board of Health , -the Board informed -them they would <br /> have to wait 45 days from the date of submittal or they could bring <br /> in ,). receipt from the Board of Health . The Board also told Mr. <br /> Dittami they want -the detail shown on the plan as requested in Mr. <br /> Rowley's report . Mr. Dubin asked for comments from the audience . <br /> Mrs . Greenberg asked what does it allow for in relocation to road . <br /> Mr. Dubin said it doesn't deal with area beyond what 's shown on <br /> the plan. There were no other, comments . <br /> Mr. Costa tool-, the linen back to put the detail. They will return <br /> with it on July 10 at which time the Board will vote on it . <br /> Representatives for Sunset Strip came before the Board . Mr. Rowley <br /> had submitted a report and they reviewed it. They presented a cost <br /> estimate and a letter from the bank. Mr. Dubin said they will go <br /> aheah with the covenant release 'but that they shouldn't go ahead <br /> with -the road untill they get it, cleared with Mr. Rowley . <br /> Mr. Collins made a motion to release the covenant . Mr. Jonas seconded <br /> and Mr. Dubin, Mr. Collins and Mr. JOnas voted in favor. They signed <br /> it and Joseph Reardon notarized it . They will meet with Mr. Rowley <br /> before the next meeting. <br /> They public hearing on the subdivision of Payamps Realty Trust was <br /> opened as Michele Stone arrived . Mr. Dubin read the notice as it <br /> appeared in -the newspaper (see attached) Mr. Dubin then stepped down. <br /> John Slavinsky and John Umina and Richard Ferreira were the repre- <br /> sentatives . They reviewed the report from Mr. Rowley: <br /> 1 . will do <br /> 2 . could go 90' and would be at end of layout , <br />
